Since the majority of companies find that the amount of time necessary to research the European legislation and submit a claim actually outweighs the benefits of the process, EuroVAT offers a simple and effective way for companies to save on their travel expenses. What we will do for you is:
- Guide you through the process every step of the way
- Provide you with free advice on what you can reclaim from each of the member states
- Identify for you which expenses can be reclaimed throughout your travels
- Provide you with the necessary Letter of Authority and an example of a VAT certificate
- Fill out all the necessary forms
- Communicate with the tax authorities
- Replace any invoices that need replacing
- A choice of payment methods
Our Fees
There is no fee for submitting your claim; EuroVAT works on a commission basis.
We offer a standard commission rate of 12% of the refunded VAT. Our minimum commission is £60 to H.M. Customs and €80 to all other EU tax offices.
Where invoices are either invalid (incorrectly addressed, photocopies, unavailable etc.), replacement invoices will be requested from the supplier at an additional charge of 10% of the VAT value of the invoice.
Please note: for claims in excess of £7,000 VAT, our commission rates are negotiable so please contact us.
